Model: Deco S7
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.3.3

I'm with Virgin Media and since installing the Deco's I keep getting letters from Virgin Media saying I have an NTP Mode 6 vulnerability and vulnerable to a DDoS attack. Has anyone else had this issue? I don't know how to sort it out! My Virgin Media hub is in modem mode.

(on a side note I need to be able to use parental controls and the blocking feature)

  @Watercool

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Would it be possible to forward a copy of the Network Vulnerability Alerts email to support.forum@tp-link.com?

I saw some old posts which had described a similar issue:

https://www.reddit.com/r/firewalla/comments/igd5zy/ntp_mode_6_vulnerability/

https://www.reddit.com/r/amazoneero/comments/101mdmu/eero_6_virgin_media_hub_cctv_snmp_vulnerability/

It seems your ISP probably detected some ports are opened by a vulnerability scanner on your network

Thanks a lot.

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
