Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.1

Lately one of my satellites goes offline and stays offline.

However the LED on it is green, while the APP says it's offline.

It requires a reboot (power off/on) to get online again.

It has always been in same location about 7m from the main deco and no heavy walls in between.

I have tried to move it closer to the main deco (as far as the power cable allows) but it stays offline until rebooted.

  @Erik-L

Hi, thanks for the feedback.

Even though APP said it was offline, would you still get internet access from this satellite Deco since Its LED is still green?

If the internet is fine but App insisted Deco M9 plus is offline, please refer to this link to help me submit the APP log:

How to submit Deco APP log

best regards.

  @David-TP

No, there is no internet connection.

I have a Google home-mini that connects to this satellite, and it gives the message "please wait while I connect to the internet".

I would have expected that it would reconnect to another satellite in the mesh.

The app says it is offline and I cannot reconnect with the "check again" button.

By the way - can i add an X60 to the mesh as master?
