Since Deco M9 v2 doesn't have web interface available; how would I setup/maintain/troubleshoot if my internet has gone down?

It seems you can't.
The same was for the P9s, where you can do really little. And it seems to be a bad trend. You get a Tp-Link Id and it replaces the local access to routers instead of being an addition? Bad trend, if you ask me
