Internet not working on JIO sim in MR600
I am facing a very peculiar problem here. I was able to connect to internet using this particular JIO sim till early December 2022. But now it has stopped connecting to internet.
It shows everything as connected but the internet is not reachable. If I use the same SIM in mobile phone, it works seamlessly. Recently, 5G services were enabled on this 4G sim. Could that be a reason why it does not work on MR600?
I am attaching a screenshot which show empty IP address & DNS as 0.0.0.0.
Could you help me fix this issue?
Note: I tried connecting other JIO sim into MR600 and it work fine with the same APN settings.

Hi, thanks a lot for the valuable information, may I know the new SIM plan or package name of the 5G enabled SIM card? is it limited to use on Jio own router or smartphones only?
We have already contacted the India local support team for testing 5G enabled Jio SIM card, if they have the same issue, they will contact Jio to confirm if there is such restrictions as well. I will let you know once there is any update from the local team.

@Sunshine Hi from India - Thanks for forwarding the issue to India Team. It is the same old SIM, JIo has upgraded the old SIM to thier 5G network. Please note they have not enabled 5G for all SIM cards. After they enabled 5G in my old SIM, the old SIM does not work in MR-600. The 5g enabled SIM works in all 4G phones and some other 4G routers like JIO's own small handy Jiofi router. Problem is Jiofi has no carrier aggregation like MR600.
Problem happened after the 5G was enabled on my old SIM, so may be some operator settings or firmware update to be done for MR-600 ?
I have another JIO old SIM , which is not yet 5G enabled, that works in MR-600
Also no problems with Airtel old SIM, which was upgraded to 5G and this SIM works in MR-600

I'm also having the same issue,
sim card works fine on phone, but doesn't work with the router.
And yes the sim is 5g enabled (I now regret putting it in 5g phone)

I had called JIO customer service even before creating this thread and they told me to contact TP Link
Please escalate this to your tech team. This is a very serious issue. I am UNABLE to use the router at all. Do you understand the gravity of the situation? I bought this router with a lot of hopes but you have disappointed me big time
