Is it possible to create a OneMesh having an Archer A7 V5 as the principal router and a wired reapeater RE315 directly to the main router (Archer A7)...???

Are you saying connecting the RE315 to the A7 via a wired Ethernet connection? No, that is not supported yet. Onemesh only allows you to connect the RE315 to the A7 wirelessly.

EasyMesh does support building a mesh network via Ethernet wired connection, check this thread.
