Jio sim not working after APN settings in my TP LINK MR100
On my MR100 , Jio 4G sim is not working. Not even showing network. VI working fine. I tried another Jio sim, but same result. I have done APN settings aas well. Please suggest.
Why it is not working even in Mumbai?

Hi, may I have screenshots of Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Network->Internet page when using Jio SIM card?
Please also save a system log file on Advanced->System Tools->System Log page and send it to us for analysis.
By the way, if you insert the same Jio SIM into another 4G device or smartphone, will it work fine at the same location?

Network is not showing in router. If I inser VI sim, ot works automatically immediately..

Hi,could you please insert the Jio SIM card into your phone again at same location? If it still works on 4G, please check which 4G band the phone is using:

Then please email support.forum@tp-link.com and provide the following information:
1. Screenshot of the 4G band information on your smartphone
2. System log file of the MR100 with the same Jio SIM card

Hi, may I have the screenshot of your Advanced->Status page? is the network type No Service as well?
If so, please also check whether the same SIM card works fine on your smartphone and which 4G band the phone is using:

Same issue faced here from last week .
Jio sim was used in tplink router mr600 from last 1 year.
After removing the sim and using in 5G phone, when used the sim back in router, it stopped working.
The sim works in any phone, not this router.
And Airtel sim still works with router.
Suspect: sim network gor automatically upgraded to 5G network when used in 5G phone.
So when we use this sim again in 4G router, it's not working.
Need to know how to revert 4G settings to sim.( Tried all possible options in phone ,router and replacing sim) .but since newer sims are 5G ready, it doesn't seem to work with tp link router.
Now waiting to get a old stock 4G sim.
Else need to change the sim to Airtel /VI.

@Sunshine i have purchased mr 100 router yesterday. after it's full setup and also after trying different APN settings my jio sim is not working in this Router. after discussing with technical support team now I'm able to browse internet (Youtube, Google) but many sites (UIDAI etc ..) are not working with it.

Hi, is your Jio SIM still 4G SIM card or 5G SIM card?

If it is still 4G SIM, please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page along with system log file.
