Hello!

 

After off/on the switch doesn't work any more. Power LED is the only one which is still lighting.

Loop-back testing with all ports doesn't bring up any connection, all LEDs stay dark.

What can be done?

As for the loop-checking, do you mean the test like this:

I think you might need to contact the retailer to check the warranty service.
