Please consider implementing a VPN Client for AX10/AX1500. There is currently no support for OpenWrt or DD-WRT. Upon analyzing the open source code, it appears to use an old version of OpenWrt, but without any information.

I returned back my AX10 and bought AX55. It has the vpn client feature but then no VPN Kill switch. hence my devices connect to internet even in case NordVPN is not connected yet, which is not good.
I finally gave up on TP Link and spent couple of hours on my raspberry pi to get it done.
