@Catalyst23
Hi, please help to confirm the following details:
1. May I know if it only happens when you run speed test via speedtest.net website? and it happens every time?
2. Is there still enough power, or is it overheating when it reboots automatically?
3. When and where did you purchase this MiFi device? When the problem started happening?
4. Please check if there is a good contact between the battery and the device, try to press the battery. Then check if it will still reboot automatically.
5. After the problem happens, please log in the web interface of the MiFi via tplinkmifi.net or 192.168.0.1, then go to Advanced->Device->System Log page, save the log file and send it to us.
6. When the problem happens, the MiFi just shuts down automatically and will not turn back on unless you press power button to turn it on manually, or it shuts down and also turn back on automatically?
