Reset modem BC wasnt working, only 3 lights flashing. Not the usual 4.

How to reset ?? Thanks

What light is missing?

Im guessing the modem/router will power up and you can access it ok? Is it just internet access that is missing?

Check on your device if you are getting an IP address from the device, if so try connecting to its web interface. This will usually be 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 if you can get onto this then the device is powered up ok and its likely just lost its internet config.

Any details you can provide would help.
