My modem does not reset

Hi!
Someone could help me with a problem that I have with a router model TD-W8901N (the model did not appear on the list), I want to reset it but it does not reset and I also want to configure it but it rejects me access to the gateway.
The router has the Wi-Fi network name of the internet provider I had, but no matter how hard I press the reset button, it does not erase or return to its initial configuration (I already tried to reset it with the modem initially turned off).
I appreciate if someone can help me with this problem.

Did the internet provider give you this modem?
How long have you had this device and Was it ok for you to log into the web interface？
What is the IP address when the device connected to the modem?
(Normally, you could log in via gateway.)
