I need desperately full EEPROM (W25Q64JV) backup to flash with CH341a Programmer.
My TP-Link RE200 v3 extender are bricked.

I don't think it is such a file for RE200. If a hardware reset did not help, It is suggested to contact the local support team/retailer to check warranty service.
