I have moved from India to Germany.
I bought the router in India and set up the sane in Germany. I am not able to access German sites at all. How to change the configuration of the WiFi router for the sites to work. Please help me.

Do you mean you can browse websites from all over the world, but websites with the top-level domain "de" are not accessible?
Generally, no router would that by design.
In case you have ever manually setup primary/secondary "DNS Server" entries within your router, then either change it back to automatic or manually set them to something like 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare DNS) or 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS).
Otherwise I can't think of anything else that could be done.
