Bricked router recovery

When I was upgrading my router firmware suddenly electricity problem case and the router is now not responding please help how to recover it.

Do you mean there was a power outage when you upgrading the router firmware? You need to avoid this as it will certainly brick the router and void the warranty, check below:

We cannot guarantee this can be fixed by a firmware recovery, but you can follow this guide to see if you can bring it alive:
