Hi, it is suggested to connect the smartphone to the WiFi of E4 (Please turn off the 4G mobile network and VPN connection if there is any.), and sign into the Deco APP with your original TP-Link ID.
Normally, once you log into the APP under local WiFi, the APP will automatically bind E4 back to your original email account.
