Cannot access Deco m5 already installed for a year
Tried numerous times to link my iPad to my Deco 5 system using the Deco app without success it just says cannot find Deco reinstalled app but with same result I am trying to access the dashboard the system is running fine and had it installed for a year.

@Paulo123 trogadite Hi, Is your Deco still solid white/green?
As for the update, do you mean the Deco APP 3.0 updater, right?
I also see another similar feedback and the user said, the local login via Deco WiFi works fine, but when login over mobile 4G Internet, the APP would report "we couldn't find Deco" or "Something wrong with the cloud service". Were you having the same issue as this?
And could you please help me submit the APP log:
Click on the top left>choose "Support Center"--->open any FAQ in the categories--->click "No, I need more help" at the bottom---> Email us and choose APP and tick Add System Logs.
