The deco is already Color Green But there is No internet

Hello after Setting up the M5 Deco The Deco already Turned green but when I am using the internet from the deco it is showing there is not internet and when I tried Internet speedtest it say failed and I am offline but when I used the internet directly I have internet

Hi, may I know your internet service provider?
Is Deco the only device that is connected to the ISP fiber/cable modem/box?
Could you please help me run a simple test:
1. please go to Deco APP>More>Internet connection type>IPV4 and note down the IP address here.
2. then unplug the main Deco and connect a computer via Ethernet cable to the modem box.
3. check the IP address on the computer to see whether it received the same IP address.---How to find IP address on your devices
