Hi,
I`ve only had this router about a week since my ASUS AC68U died.
Tried this early release but have reverted back to Archer AX55(EU)_V1_1.1.1 Build 20220621 as it was affecting my 5Ghz speed.
On the early build channel width shows 40/80/160 rather than just selecting 160Mhz.
Speed went from approx 900Mbps to 550Mbps. Must be auto selecting a narrower one.
I also find it strange that some options are only available on the Tether app and vice versa i.e QoS etc.
Surely it would make more sense for all functions/features to be accessible from the webgui and not having to rely on a smart phone.
All in all I`m impressed by the router but as it was an emergency but I`m looking to get my hands on a higher spec one.
Regards

Hello @Jamesie
Thank you very much for your detailed feedback about the early release version of firmware.
Regarding the 5G channel width settings on the new firmware, please check my previous explanation in the following thread:

Once you downgrade to the previous official version, is the speed back to normal without any modification?
I would report this issue to our engineers, and they should look into this seriously.

yes back to normal as I can now select again just 160Mhz. Rather than client /router trying to determine 40/80/160Mhz.
Tested Wi-Fi and internet

This is wireless link speed and speedtest on official build (non beta). Very good results but beta is approx 80%.

Thank you so much for all the detailed information again.
Can I know is the 5G channel on both versions are the same? Or is it set to be Auto all the time?

@Kevin_Z Thank you for your help. I was able to connect my two Archer AX55's using the EasyMesh instructions you provided. However there is a signicant drop on internet speed on the satellite router. Was this to be expected or should the satellite router internet speed be about the same as the main router? Thanks once again!

Easy Mash Ethernet Backhaul I really hope, i have cat6a cable, but if you connect everything, everything just reboots endlessly
@AIpatii Archer AX55 EasyMesh doesn't support Ethernet backhaul yet, so you cannot connect them by Ethernet cables, which will cause a network loop. The EasyMesh routers currently only support building a wireless backhaul.
