Having problems getting any internet with my virgin mobile SIM card whilst in device. Works fine if in my iPhone. Been on help line for ages still no joy. Any ideas

Hi, May I have a screenshot of the Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Network->Internet page? 

 

Please go to Advanced->System Tools->System Log page to save a log file and share it with us as well.

 

In addition, there is no any signal and no service at all on the MR200, please check which band your phone is using with the same SIM card at same location:
