The VPN connection does not open
Hi,
We have tried with NO-IP and TP-link DNS services. Everything is done according to the attachments, and the Open VPN connection does not work.
What could be the solution? Is Ver. 4.3 too new?
Any help would be needed

Hi, do you mean you've enabled OpenVPN Server on the MR400 V4.30, but VPN Clients are unable to connect the OpenVPN Server?
Please check the WAN IP address of the MR400 to see if it is a public IP address or private IP address, and you could also search "what is my IP" on MR400 client device to see if the two IP addresses are the same or not, if not, it means there is another NAT in the front of MR400, that is why OpenVPN doesn't work.
If you are using a SIM card inside the MR400 for internet access, please contact the SIM card carrier to see if they could assign you a public IP address.

Thanks,
Yes, this is a problem.
Yes, there are two NAT in front of MR400
I checked the IP address it is 213.28.227.197 by whatismyipaddress
Also here is the same address:
mynoipcom/dynamic-dns
And the Open VPN program tries to contact the same address?
Attached is the log:

Maybe I need to buy a direct public IP address from the operator??

Hi, if there are indeed two NATs in front of MR400, the Internet IP address displayed on MR400 web interface is private IP address, the front NAT will protect the local network including the VPN Server on the MR400, so other device in external network will not be able to connect the VPN Server until you open the related port for the VPN server on the front NAT products.
If you are using 3G/4G Router mode with a SIM card inserted, the front NATs are on your ISP side, so you are unable to open the ports, in that case, you need to contact the ISP to see if they could assign you public IP address directly so that there is no other NAT in front of the MR400.

Thank you,
I took a public IP address from the operator.
It costs 2 Euros per month. Not bad.

Hi, thank you very much for the update.
Is the VPN server working fine after you gets public IP address from the operator?
