Firmware Version: Not sure

 

The extenders are all connected and working with the main Star Link modem, however one device is not connecting. Samsung Television. This device does however connect to the main modem directly.

  @GusG 

HI, it is suggested to turn off "Fast Roaming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced to see whether it helped.

And would there be any error message when Samsung TV failed to connection to E4?
