How do you know that only 1 antenna is working, couple of things here about the antenna connections ...

1. it will work with just the Main antenna connected but will not with the AUX antenna only.

2. it will auto switch to the Main antenna only if the signal becomes to low.

3. You must always have both antennas connected.
