Hi,
Was working great upstairs at home, suddenly stopped connecting to Amazon Firestick.
Mobiles and Smart TV still connecting fine.
Have reset the devices, solid green lights, etc, still no connection to Firestick...

It's good to know you've checked that mobile and other network devices can still get internet from the extender.
Based on your description, most likely the Firestick itself drops the connection and need to be relinked, you could reach Amazon support for some help.
You could examine the LED status on the extender, confirm the signal & Wi-Fi LEDs are On which means the range extender still connected to Wi-Fi router. If the Led has gone off on the extender, please check some tips here
