X50 and X60: Android Play Store and Youtube gets stuck
So, I seem to have the same trouble as many of you. I've read the following threads:
1- https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/267956 - on a Deco X20
2- https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/204496 - on a Deco M4
3- https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/248840 - on a Deco X60
4- https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/576518 - on a Deco M9 Plus
- I have tried the famous "changing DNS to Google DNS (8.8.8.8)" - nop, did not work
- I tried to remove all Decos and reconfigure all again ... several times - nop, did not work.
TP-Link Support has suggested me to change pretty much all settings available such as:
- Disable UPNP
- toggle off mesh on the affected devices
- Enable guest network
Nop ... nop ... and nop.
I have 3 Decos on different floors of the house. Internet works fine ... Netflix works fine ... IPTV works fine ...
I first bought the Deco X50 and now I just changed it to the Deco X60 as a work colleague of mine said he hasn't got any issues.
Nop and nop ... both behave exactly the same.
The wierd thing was that when I just installed the X60 everything worked super fast ... Youtube and Play Store ... but after a couple of hours it started to "missbehave".
Now TP-Link Support wants to take over my laptop via TeamViewer and see if they can figure this sh*t out ... buuut eeeh ... it's not only my Decos I see. What do they expect to find?
Any opinions or suggestions to fix this wierd issue?
