I bought a set of M5's a month or so ago and they worked great out the box. Now they from what I can tell crash multiple times a day. The lose internet and then reboot themselves or they reboot themselves and then loose internet. Attaching the logs of the most recent time it happened. Is anyone able to help?
Hi, have you tried to change a different Deco as the main unit to see whether the issue continued?
Would you send me a picture of your network topology?
By the way, May I know who is your internet service provider and how about the model number of the ISP modem?
Since the issue just started recently, have you noticed any change sin the network, like a firmware upgrade or a new device joining in the network?
