Hello @DreamZy
Thank you for the feedback. May I know did the range extender work fine with the same Wi-Fi router? How about the Led status when issue occurs?
You could try a factory reset on the range extender and see if the behavior stops.
If leave the range extender in factory default mode, will the range extender reboot?
If still the same, may I know when did you purchase the range , how long the range extender has been worked fine with the same Wi-Fi router?

i assure you that the router is fine.
When it restarts the leds close (except the power on led).
Sometimes it doesnt connect to internet (Mostly 5G)
Factory reset doesnt work.
I keep the range extender as a access point (wireless to wired on Pc).
I bought the range extender last year and it was working since last month.

I bought the extender from jarir bookstore in Saudi Arabia and I'm afraid the warranty ran out.
Any other way you can replace the extender or no?

Hello@DreamZy
If the retailer's warranty window is closed, as the warranty policy can be different in different regions and areas, i recommend reaching out local support from the link above and check if the device is still in the warranty.

Can u tell me exactly what to do because I don't understand what you mean by local support.
Can't u just tell me the default warranty on RE220 V2?
