parental controls insights says time used up but history is from yesterdday

Using AC1300 (cannot chose in model dropdown so selected AC50 ignore that) and for the past few weeks, I have had this bug.
I have Parental Control profiles for each of my kids' devices, with a time limit per day (two hours.)
The next day, Insights says they have used 2 hours, which means there is no more time left to use.
But clicking on Insights shows "no history" and then clicking on History in the upper right corner shows two hours of usage YESTERDAY.
If I do Clear All then Insights for today shows zero.
So there is clearly a bug that previous day's usage remains in history and Insights sees that as usage for today, and doesn't allow any more time.
Please fix so that history for the previous day doesn't count towards usage today, otherwise the parental control feature is completely useless.
It USED to work so I suspect the recent firmware upgrade screwed it up?
