Model: Archer AX1500  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.0.0 0.9 v604d.0 Build 210712 Rel.32702n

When attempting to update firmware from official website of TP-link, getting error code 4503 (screenshot attached). Update doesn't work from local site or global site of TP-Link. Would appreciate any help as I see key software bugs in the current firmware version.

Has this router been provided to you by your ISP ?

It seems to me that you have this device - https://service-provider.tp-link.com/wifi-router/ex220-g2u/

An official AX1500 FW won't be possible to use for a FW update if that's the case.
