Hi,
A good place for comparing the features of TP-Link routers would be each model's specification webpage.
https://www.tp-link.com/en/home-networking/wifi-router/archer-c54/#specifications
https://www.tp-link.com/en/home-networking/wifi-router/archer-c64/#specifications
A major difference between the two is that the C54 only has 100 Mbps Ethernet ports, while the C64 has Gigabit (1000 Mbps) Ethernet ports.

Based on webpage comparison tool which is on TP-Link page, there are 3 major differences:
- C64 has OneMesh functionality
- C54 has Repeater mode (RM-mode) but C64 not!
- in the C64 specification it is written - that C64 has 4x High-Performance Antennas (honestly no idea what does mean the High-Performance in reality comparing with "normal antennas", this is why I looking for on forums for answers)
There are several minor differences but during standard user's usage, it is not so important.
(C64 has: Airtime Fairness, Cloud Services)
