Regarding this issue, we would like to know:
1. Is the internet connection 100% stable before this firmware update? Is updating the AX11000 firmware to 1.3.1 Build 20220721 the only change before and after the internet issue occurs?
->The change is a firmware update. The previous firmware was 100% stable.
2. When the internet is not available, what is the LED status on the AX11000, orange or white?
->Immediately after the reboot, it is white. However, it is orange when the connection is lost.
3. How often does the disconnect issue happen? several hours or minutes or days?
-> If you are connected to 5.0 GHz, the connection will be lost in a few minutes.
When connected to 5.0 GHz, the connection is lost after a few minutes; 2.4 GHz allows a relatively long connection, but after macos goes to sleep, after screen saver activation, or after a reboot, the connection is lost.
4. Will the internet recover if you click the Release then Renew on its web GUI?
->Yes. And switch the SSID and 5.0GHz to 2.4GHz to recover.
5. Your Country and your Internet Provider.
->Japan, So-net,Nuro
I am now looking to implement the downgrade you are suggesting.
Thanks,

Yes, you can install the previous 1.3.0 version on your AX11000 and monitor the internet, or you may try the beta firmware I just updated in my original post to check if the issue gets fixed. In either case, please let me know if the issue disappears or not.

Hi @Kevin_Z
I did the downgrade and macOS seems to be fine, but my iPhone,iPad with iO15.6.1 still disconnects from the internet at times.
Is there any other way to handle this?

So, is it still advisable to install the latest update or wait for the next release?
Thanks

For me, the beta firmware did not work, an hour after installing the beta firmware I lost internet connection and the status screen showed again 'Poor internet/network'.
Then I installed the previous firmware (1.3.0) and until now I did not get any internet disconnects.

@Rottbite22 I believe the 1.3.1 official firmware is not available for the update now, you may wait for the next official update.

I tried with 1.3.0 Build 220221 version and it disconnects after about a day. I use iPhone 13 Pro and iPad 6 or 7 will disconnect internet.
@yashiyashi When the iPhone 13 Pro and iPad 6 or 7 disconnects from the internet, are they still connected to the wireless network or they are dropping from the network completely? You can check the Wi-Fi connection on the devices when the internet is not available.
Have you enabled Smart Connect on the AX11000? Please try disabling the Smart Connect and connecting these iOS devices to the 5G network. Try to change the wireless security to WPA2-PSK AES, then monitor again.

@gpex So the previous 1.3.0 version is stable while the beta firmware is still not? Please monitor the connectivity for more and let me know if there is anything new that comes up. Thank you.
