Is EasyMesh fully functional yet? Has anyone tested it? Can I wirelessly connect the C80 to the C64 at this time?

@KhalidKashmiri Yes. EasyMesh is functioning flawlessly with routers and extenders.

Just make sure both your C80 and C64 support EasyMesh, then they can connect wirelessly.

Check this guide for more details.

EasyMesh sounds like a great step forward for creating a flexible and seamless mesh network! It's great to see TP-Link supporting both wireless and Ethernet backhaul options. However, it would be helpful to have more clarity on compatibility with different vendors—has anyone tested EasyMesh with non-TP-Link devices? Would love to hear real-world experiences!

my service provider has upgraded my Fiber wifi6 modem as TP-link  Ex-530v. Then i bought new exterder/repeater  TP-Link RE-600X.

as i see both devices have OneMesh and evrn i uptaded firewares, neither Ex530v nor RE600X  no see each other when i tried to add.

It is issue on supported device or whic TP link product should i use as onemesh extender? (I see the both device has OneMesh feature)

Hi,

On your RE600X please verify that the menu within its configuration webpage (http://tplinkrepeater.net) is named "EasyMesh" and not "Onemesh".

TP-Link's routers made for service providers have a feature named "Band Steering". Apparently this feature is not compatible with TP-Link's retail products, like the RE600X.
Therefore, check if this option might be activated on the EX530v (in the Advanced -> Wireless menu).

By the way, the recommended way to connect TP-Link's EasyMesh Range Extenders to an EasyMesh router is by using the WPS button method.

Except for the suggestions provided by woozle, please also verify what the hardware version of the RE600X is. If it's hardware V3, it supports EasyMesh, and you should be able to build a mesh connection with the EX530v via EasyMesh.

If it's hardware V1 or V2, it cannot build up a mesh network with the EX530v. You may contact the reseller to check if he can help you replace it with a V3 version.

EasyMesh has been a great addition for me—especially with the new firmware on my AX90. It really simplified the setup and improved coverage across the house Sweetgreen Menu. Definitely worth enabling if your devices support it.
