Not getting Internet on Phone through Archer MR600
Hi,
Got into a unique situation and not able to identify how to fix it.
Today configured a FTTH connection on a ONT and connected my MR600 router in Wireless Router mode.
Further connected multiple phone, laptops to it. All working fine except for a phone - Oneplus 5T.
The phone connects to router but doesnt get Internet access on the same.
Same settings working on other phones.
I am based in India. Not sure if anyone has faced a similar issue.
Any assistance appreciated.
Thanks and regards

Hi, thanks for the feedback.
1. please check if the phone works fine when connected to other WiFi.
2. please check if the phone is using static IP address or DHCP, and what is the IP address and router address displayed on the router after it connects to MR600 WiFi
3. please try to change WiFi channel and channel width on MR600 to see if it will solve the problem
4. what is the hardware and firmware version of your MR600?

Hi, thanks for the feedback.
1. please check if the phone works fine when connected to other WiFi.
Yes works fine and has been for close to 4-5 years on other WIFI. Infact same router with another connection earlier used to work fine.
2. please check if the phone is using static IP address or DHCP, and what is the IP address and router address displayed on the router after it connects to MR600 WiFi
IP is DHCP assigned.
3. please try to change WiFi channel and channel width on MR600 to see if it will solve the problem
Currently both CHannel and Channel Width are kept on Auto. If I change this would it impact other WIFI devices as well and need any reconfig
4. what is the hardware and firmware version of your MR600?
Firmware Version:1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210208 Rel.61056n Hardware Version:Archer MR600 v2 00000001

Hi, thanks for the reply.
1. Usually changing WiFi channel will not affect other client devices
2. It seems that the firmware version is not the latest one, please download the latest firmware for MR600 V2 on our official webiste and update it to see if the problem can be resolved:
