i bought a vr2100 1 week ago and my internet not working at least 2-3 times a day (the internet symbol in the modem turns red) and about 10-20 seconds its fixing itself but its annoying im thinking to return if its not have a solution (internet says its a think that vr2100 have and there is no solution). i cant get system diary history because i dont have a cable connection when the internet gone wifi cant let me go 192.168.1.1 , while im trying internet works again .  (sorry for the language barrier)

  @Berkopter i find the log files it says : (btw i looked the 192.168.1.1 while the problem going on and my ip address was 0.0.0.0 and 255.255.255.255)

Hi, May I know who is your internet service provider and have you checked with the internet provider whether there is any disturbance on the DSL connection?

If they have confirmed the DSL connection is steady, could you please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with the following information:

1. A  whole picture of the Advanced>status page before and after the disconnection.

2. A copy of the system log on the web UI.
