Slow speed in X60
Just installed my x60 (x3 Nodes) unfortunately the speed is really slow (80mb) when compared with my Virgin router (500mb) i have followed all the advise/setting up process that i can see but surely I must have missed something, have tried VM router in modem mode seems make it slightly worse (75mb) so not sure how to over come my issue any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should expect 500Mbps with properly configured Deco mesh consisting of X60s, which means something is not right. I'll give you basic troubleshooting steps to narrow where the problem is, and if they won't improve the speed, I can offer few more.
For now:
1. Bring back Virgin router to router mode (if you still have it as modem). You'll need that for the next step.
2. Switch Deco mesh to Access Point mode, this will turn off all bandwidth management features in Deco: Switching a Deco to Access Point (AP) Mode
3. Power off all Satellite Deco, leave just Main Deco running. This is to make absolutely sure your mobile device you run speed test on is connected to Main Deco.
4. Turn off 2.4GHz for Deco Main Network. This is to force your mobile device use WiFi5/WiFi6.
Run speed test again in that setup.

@Alexandre.
Thanks for your reply to my issue of slow speeds on my X60 system, much appreciated.
i have tried all your suggestions, but unfortunately without success, speed is still around 85mb.
You mentiined there might be other options to try?

With the same setup as previously, check that your mobile device you use to run speed tests has good WiFi connection to Main Deco X60. WiFi connection speed reported on that device (wireless client) should be at least 800Mbps, or more. See How to check the associated/link speed on a wireless client
If you use speedtest.net in a browser to run speed tests, install native speed test app on your device instead. OOkla does not recommend using browser on speeds above 300Mbps.
Check if Main Deco X60 negotiated 100Mbps Ethernet link to Virgin Router, instead of gigabit. If Virgin Router reports status of its Ethernet ports, look there. If it reports status of each wired to router device, you might find that information there. If not, you'll have to find desktop or laptop with gigabit Ethernet card, wire it to the second port of Main Deco X60 and run speed test on that desktop/laptop. That speed test should return 800-950Mbps if Deco X60 link to Virgin Router is gigabit.

Sorry, made a mistake. Your Internet speed is 500Mbps, which means this test should return 450-500Mbps (maximum Internet speed) if Deco X60 link to Virgin Router is gigabit.
