I dont find out how I can manage the SIM card and pin in my MR200 app. Look at the pictures.Where can I find the "advanced" settings to manage SIM or PIN?

It basically tells you on the second screenshot.
"Please go to the web management page to unlock your SIM card."
You can access the web management page via any Internet web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.) by browsing to the link http://tplinkmodem.net .
(in the rare case that it doesn't work try http://192.168.1.1 instead)
Once you've entered the web management page go to Advanced -> Network -> PIN Management.
