Hi, based on the screenshot, the uploaded file name shows TL-MR3020(EU)_V3.20_XXXX which seems to be the name of zipped file, after you download the zipped file from our official website, please unzip it into a folder, then you will see a .bin file which is the firmware file, please upload the .bin file when upgrading the firmware.
