During the setup process I keep getting "no host network connection", after I selected and entered the passwords for the 5GHz and 2.4GHz networks in my house.

I have an Orbi router.

I tried relocating the extender.

Also, whenever I try to connect to the extender's wifi SSID, it keeps saying that it is the wrong password.

Plese help

For not host connection error, please refer to case1 in the guide below for troubleshooting suggestions.

Has connected to TP-Link extender but no internet, what can I do?

For Dual Band Range Extender, if the App or Web says ‘ No Host Network Connection ‘, check if router 5Ghz Wi-Fi is on DFS channel ( Brief introduction of DFS function) change Router 5G channel to Band 1 channels (36, 40, 44, 48) and set up RE again.
