It is recommended to check some tips here in Case1 , go to Device Manager> Network adapter and see if the adapter is recognized by the computer
What should I do if I cannot install the driver of TP-Link Network Adapter in Windows computer?
If the T2U or TPLink or RTLXX is listed under device manager, you could try to reinstall the official driver for the T2U nano and see if wifi will start to work again
