Ethernet port speed

I connected my Modem to one of the ethernet ports on the deco node. I used an ethernet cat6 cable to connect the second ethernet port to my switch.
Everything worked as had expected except the band width test on the wired computers dropped fro 170 mbps to 20 mbps. Did I miss a step ?

Could you please refer to this link to check the link speed on the wired PC when its speed dropped to 20m/s?
How to check the associated/link speed on a wired client
Will restarting the PC restore the speed?
Except for this PC, will you see any other wired clients get affected as well? How about the mobile clients?
