Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.2

i have ftth connection with deco m4 ....

some engineer came from isp with their modem for test and it came out that there is serious problem with the update .....

firmware 1.5.4 i downgraded to 1.5.2 and it didnt work ....

im getting continous disconnection in every 15 sec .... almost 2% loss

making impossible to play any multiplayer games !!!! 

ISP: wishnet ....

  @David-TP acutually even after installing the debug firmware im still getting lose ....... loss means continous request timeout . but this time its far better than before............is there anything i am missing to do....

Thanks for the update.

Is this host device wirelessly connected to Deco?

If yes, you could try to turn off the "Mesh Technology" for this device on the Deco APP.

And except for the gaming with multi-players, have you experienced any other issues with Deco?

Please also go to Deco APP>More>Advanced>DHCP server and add 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 as the DNS server to see whether it could improve the ping loss.
