Hello,
I'm trying to upgrade my M5 Decos to 1.6.0 i have 3x M5 ( 3.2v) and 2x M5 (3.0v) everytime im trying to upgrade i get ( Operation Failed)
can you please help me?

I have the same issue they will not provide to EG firmware (1.5.6 EG to 1.60) although the new firmware 1.60 appeared in Deco update ( inside the device) I tried tftp ,the same Error althou I used EG 1.60 firmware

@TXT5 I upgraded my V3.2 Decos to 1.6.0 successfully. But V3.0 Decos not working. I got the update via Deco app but There is something wrong. After updating them i got ( update successfully) but they are still on 1.5.6 :/

That is the problem, v3 will not update something in safe loader for V3 ,but did you update v3.2. From 1.5.6 Eg to 1.60?

I'm on the same EG 1.5.6 firmware with HW ver3.0 and just got notification on the app to update but when I try the online update it still says you are on the latest firmware and also tried downloading the firmware manually from Egypt support site and manual update gives operation failed, any advice?
