Firmware Update impossible Archer MR600
Hello,
it seems like im facing issues with my TP-Link Archer MR600 and can not solve them by myself.
I would like it to update to Firmware "Archer MR600(EU)_V2_210914", because there ist WPA3 mentioned which I would like to activate. Also the 4G / 3G Bug seems to be resolved.
on the Firmware update Tab it always says my Firmware is up to date and when I try to update it via the downloaded file the upload stops around 33 % with Error code 4503:
Is there anything I'm doing wrong or do I have to change some setting first?

Dear support I have similar case:
I bought this router by online shop of AliExpress, but the MR600 received in Italy was for Australian Market, looking the power cable.
Reading label I also discovered that was customized by (AUTPG).
In any case I tested the all functionalities of the Router with SIM Iliad and with EU power, the router work but (NOT WELL) this firmware removed some key features, such as no option to change the network mode and no option for selection band. I've tried to update the customized firmware with all available firmwares (EU) on the official website but after 35 seconds, receive error code: 4503 in general for all firmwares.(The uploaded file was not accepted).
As I like this particular router, could you help me please to receive a middle firmware to allow me to install regular EU version ?

Hallo Sunshine, I have the same problem with my MR600 v2 and the Firmware 1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210805 Rel.63527n. I bought it from a normal shop.

Hello,
I'm searching for help for this topic from long time. Now I find this thread and I hope finely it will solve my problem :D
So I have:
Archer MR600 v2 00000002
1.0.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210629 Rel.59196n
and there is no possibility to update it. When i click on search for updates there is info that's there is no new firmware. When I go to web page and download new version I can upload it and run, but almost immediately pop up error message.
Can You please help me?

Hello, upon checking, your current firmware 1.0.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210629 Rel.59196n is a customized firmware for PLPLAY(ISP Play in Poland), and there is no middle firmware to convert PLPLAY version to common EU version now.
May I know if you got the MR600 from your ISP? If so, it is recommanded to contact your ISP if there is any issue with the router.

Hello :) I bought my router directly from play shop for full price and is not connected with this ISP. There is no physical malfunction, so contacting with shop end with nothing. As You can see firmware is old, no security fixes and new features added. In this case there is nothing what can be done?

Hi, I am afraid we are unable to do anything else, as we are not allowed to modify the customized firmware for products provided by the ISP customer.
You could try to contact Play shop to see if they have any new customized firmware or if they have common EU version products not using the customized firmware.
