As of yesterday my Deco mesh network is down. I am unable to reconnect to the Wifi Router from Ziggo. I have tried resetting it. Reconnecting , changing the Ethernet port. Nothing helps.

I deleted the network and created a new one to only end up with the same problem + another one no network visible in the Deco app.

I have reinstalled Deco app reconnected my account and still nothing.

On my Iphone i can still see the old Mesh network available but when connected - no internet access. In addition i see second network i have created , with the same no internet problem. Still in the Deco app - nothing visible no network ...
