I recently bought AX10 AX1500 router and I am supposed to receive a Range extender RE450 v4 from office next week.

My question

Is it possible to establish one mesh network with these two if I am connecting extender through an ethernet cable?

No, you can't. Only through wireless connection between those devices - see OneMesh FAQ - Q5/A5.
