Delete Standard Kontaks in my Phone or Archer 2100v ??

I have a problem with my Panasonic CAT-iq 2.0 IP Phone (KX-TGQ400) on my TP-Link Archer 2100v router!
It affects the phone book that I can store in the router and then see it in the phone!
In the telephone, however, I have contacts such as; All Internal **9 or Voice Mail *20 ; Phone 2 Internal **2, etc. which I do not see in the list in the router!
If I then try to delete the contacts in the phone, it always says "not accepted" and the contacts remain in the phone book!
How can I delete them or how can I do that I no longer see these contacts that have already been set.
