Model: Archer VR400
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 0.4.0 0.9.1 v0070.0 Build 220126 RC.50521n

Hello friends.
I bought the device a few months ago and I had such a problem from the very beginning, and with the update of the device, the problem was not solved and I decided to wait until the next version. Until a few days ago I installed the new firmware and the problem still persists. When I reset the device to the factory and configure it, I can easily use the 5 GHz band, but I feel that the data transfer is slow, but the connection to this band is fast. But when I turn off the modem and then turn it on, either it is not visible at all or if it is viewed, it can not be connected until it wants to connect! While I do not have any of these problems on the 2.4 GHz band. Thank you for your help.

  @a.najm

welcome to the community.

Would it help if trying to change the wireless channel to be 36/48 and channel width to be 40mhz?

And did all the 5ghz clients have the same issue?

Would there be any error message when they failed to connect the 5ghz?

Thank you.

Best regards.
