USB problems

I have a USB hard disk plugged in USB1 on the router. When I look at the router's USB setting, I see it and it is started and shared. When I go in file explorer, I see the drive but I don't see the files on it and I can't copy anything on it. I used this drive before with my old router and everything was fine. What is wrong?
