Suddenly we get on our smartphones and smart TV, the "no internet connection" indication, when we connect to the extender. Our laptop has internet access when it is connected to the extender.
Any idea?

Sorry for the late response, can I know the model of TV and your mobile device, what is Android or IOS version of that device? If only mobile devices and TV has no internet, you could try to manually set up the DHCP settings on range extender as instruction here
What's the solution if my TP-Link range extender can't connect to my router properly?
If still the same issue, can I know the Led status on WA860RE when the issue occurs, the model of router, how long the extender has been working with the same Wi-Fi router?
