My router does not show a client list, no wireless or wired clients also the network traffic monitor not working. - Update doesn't help - Factory reset doesn't help
Any help, please?

Hi may I know how long have you had the modem and when did this issue start?
can you send some screenshots here? or you could also send pictures and logs to support.forum@tp-link.com with the forum ID 542546.
By the way, are you still having internet service from VR400?

- Modem is the new one I bought it one month ago, the issue comes with the new modem, recently I had Archer VR400 v2 on the same internet with no issues
- Screenshots and modem logs were sent to the support.forum@tp-link.com
- Yes I am having internet
*PS - The SMART CONNECT function is disable

I also have the same problem, started about a week ago.
checked on chrome, firefox, edge on pc
checked on chrome and firefox on phone as-well
I also did the latest firmware upgrade firmware Version:1.4.0 0.9.1 v00a1.0 Build 210917 Rel.50331n
Edit: This router has been sold in South Africa and I bought it 28 Jul 2021

Except the "traffic monitor", Do you have any issue with the client list as well?
Have you tried to backup the current configuration and restore to the factory reset settings, then check whether it is still blank?
How to backup the configuration: Please go to Advanced>System tools>Backup & Restore

Yes I have other issues, nowhere in router settings client list is shown no matter wired or wireless
I have already tried the factory reset.
Also tried to downgrade the firmware,
Tried without Switches/hubs
Tried to connect 1/2 clients
Nothing works
