Hi, When M4 turned red, if you go to Deco APP>More>Advanced>ipv4. any IPV4 address here?
What is your current firmware version by the way?
And have you tried to connect a computer to the internet service provider to confirm your internet service has been repaired?

Hi, I see the firmware-1.5.1 Build 20210609 Rel. 69473 is a customized firmware for PLDT and is your service provider also PLDT?
So far, I did not see any newer firmware than this.
And the IPV4 address here is a private address, is your internet connection type Dynamic IP?
Would restarting the main Deco and the ISP modem make any difference?
By the way, Have you ever tried to unplug the main Deco M4 and plug the computer into PLDT modem and check what the IP address on the laptop is?
How to find IP address on your devices?

Hi, have you seen the private message, and could you please leave me a message about your TP-Link email ID for the Deco APP?
May I know the model number of your PLDT ONT/ONR
Could you please refer to this link to clone the MAC address of laptop to Deco in case PLDT required MAC authentication?
How to Configure MAC Clone on Deco if Deco fails to connect to the internet?
By the way, did you test the laptop connected to the same port(that used to connect Deco) on PLDT ONT/ONR?
I used to get the feedback that on some ONT/ONR, like, there are 4 ports on it but only one port is ready for use and if you wanted more, you might need to contact PLDT to re-activate more ports.
